Either way, there's only one solution to this issue: Draft Mackinnon and Drouin.

That's nice to hear but I'm still skeptical considering he's 20 yrs old and playing with two top-5 picks. (While skating in front of the top ranked NA goaltender by NHL Central Scouting!)

He's not an elite level prospect, but he's got the skillset, and physical build to be an NHL player if he continues to work hard. I'm a fan of his.
Hmm. Hopefully he proves me wrong.

Yes. Let's hope they're all great friends so we'll have a chance to sign them.

BU lost in another 5-6 Sharks prospect fest. Its crazy, Nieto goal and assist, O'Regan goal and two assists, and Cody Ferriero had a goal.

Not real sure what it is you're skeptical about. All good players benefit from playing with other good players.

Him playing 25+ (close to 30 many nights) minutes per night on a winning team is better for his development then playing bottom pairing minutes and coming in and out of the line up in Worcester.

No one thinks he's going to put up these kinds of numbers when he turns pro and no one thinks he's going to be a top pairing d-man either.

His upside is a #4 two way d-man who can help on the PP.

NU-BC recap

Ferriero played a good role, and Macleod notched a goal.

I've been a fan of Freddie Hamilton for quite a while now but I love reading (hearing) hearing this kind of stuff from young players.

When I watch NHL games, I like to follow around a particular player that I would like to play like to see what he does in certain situations. This includes the decisions he makes and some of the skills he uses. There are a lot of little things you can learn from watching the top players. For example, last week I saw one of the top centers in the NHL line up for a face-off in a different way and I have been practicing that so that I can try it in a game.

He's such a smart kid, on and off the ice. As I recall, he's got that eidetic memory, eh?
