Well that was the first big mistake.

2-0 Blows.

We need to WAKE UP. Possess the puck. Hit somebody, hit anybody, hit everybody.

How'd that flippin breakaway happen? Need to rewind and see, but don't want to miss anything! Who messed that one up?

And why can't Rinne stop any shootout attempts/penalty shots these days?

I wouldn't blame it on Trotz. Firing him would royally screw us. We need a threat up front. Teams realize that we don't have any offensive threats.

That's why the boards are so important for us. If we're not controlling the boards we are screwed.

I'm not sure, but it looked like the D didn't drop back fast enough.

I don't think it was actually Fish's fault there. Could be wrong, though.

If you have guys like Wilson, SK and Erat with defensemen like Josi and Ellis, breaking the puck out shouldn't be this much of an issue.

Our problem is our coaching staff can't figure out how to adjust...

it wasnt. fish was just fastest back and screwed up by not getting puck first

Classic Klein there. Follow up a good defensive play with a brain fart caused by making a lazy play. Seems like very few of our players give it all 100% of the time.

The expansion Preds would give the current Preds fits. That team had speed, toughness and determination. The current version has a lot more talent, but not much past that.

Klein's attempt to loft it deep is the least of this team's issues in this game.

Our forwards are invisible in the offensive end ... Weber keeps putting the puck off of shins which leads to breakaways for the Blues ... we can't stop taking penalties ... our breakout passes are to the enemy. And those are the positives.
