You and I must have varying definitions of the word "dominated"

What game were you watching kid? Goodness. Do you hate EDM that much or something? If you're going to make up stuff at least give reasons why you think they were "dominated". It was a very even game and if you look at the scoring chances, EDM probably had 20 out of their close to 40 shots tonight.

I get the emotion, and I get that it was spontaneous. I am an Oil fan, and I was cheering it.

But I also believe that there is a cap to it. You have men on the other team who have fought just as hard as you. A jump in the glass is a show of emotion. Sliding down the ice like that is a little disrespectful. He's just a kid, I know.

Feel free to disagree with me. It's just one man's opinion.

It only took two years to notice who the best "penalty drawer" in the league was... Good.

I'm not too sure what game you saw, but the Oilers were not dominated in that game, it was fairly even across the board, refs notwithstanding

The only game the Oilers didn't out-chance their opponents this year...they lost. Granted, it will take quite a few more wins before people don't just automatically assume the oilers played terrible every night. Especially canucks fans

What a classless celebration from a classless player on a classless team being supported by a classless fan base. turns me on.

It was indeed over the top. No one is questioning that. I think because of the craziness prior to that goal with so much emotion flowing through everyone, him scoring was just the icing on the cake to crazy night. Unless he starts scoring last second game tying/game winning goals, I don't think we have to worry about him going Theo Fleury again.

I agree.

I give him a pass, though; second goal, crazy game, etc.

I really hope we don't see that again, though, until he's scoring playoff OT goals for us

People need to stop getting their panties in a knot over a goal celebration.

I think it's nice to see a player play with a heart on his sleeve.

It's a goal in the last 5 seconds of a game to tie it after having a goal get waved off just seconds before.

Good on the kid, hope we see him score more like these just not against the Canucks
