About a 15-16 minute drive from where you work

Go north on Millersport from UB North Campus. It's that whole Millerport/Campbell/Audubon/North French etc. area.

Duff's isn't too bad, I mean I was fed that since I was like 3, when I used to come so wings, and sandwiches with chicken and sauce in it is my favorite. I go to the one in OP. But I just am like "KAYYYY can I get this n this ..." like to load up on the super spicy/hot.

I hate their stupid gimmick where "well our sauces are actually hotter b/c we're just so amazing we can't label the heat of our sauces properly LOLOLOL"

The wings I had were straight up Frank's Red Hot with nothing else (no butter on medium wings >< ) and weren't cooked enough, very goey. That's not the best wings in Buffalo, I can buy a bottle of franks from Wegmans and do the same exact thing, except I know how to properly cook chicken wings.

They do right by me. They weren't gooey but they weren't like eating a dried up boot. I don't believe that LOLOLOL sauce thing so I go with hot and up for that

It's on Campbell like 2 minutes from Millersport not far from UB North.

I grew up 5 minutes from them and they have amazing food.

Can anyone suggest a good jeweler in the Rochester area? Looking for diamonds or omega necklace.

Anybody looking to sell gym equipment that will take paypal.

I like my gym, but the hours just suck major balls. I can either:

A) Goto the gym, miss the Sabres game

or

B) Watch the Sabres game, miss the gym

I think maybe my tax return will go towards getting a setup in my basement.

Breakfast tacos with a couple cold coronas and some brass pole gymnastics at 6am is really a good way to start a weekend. Its rodeo time in old San Antone' so the second biggest party of the year will be happening over the next month. My usual culprits weren't exactly bright eyed, nor bushy tailed this morning but they're coming over later for some recuperative hot tub time to replenish their spirits and energy.

Do it, it's nice.

Recommendation: It's expensive, but go for a dumbbell set if you can vs. getting plates.

Why would you say that?

I basically only use plate + bar right now, pretty comfortable with it. I do a bunch of stuff that's pretty much impossible with dumbells.

Ideally I'd have both, but I'm no Old Navy Goat.

saves time. no setting weights up and down.
the rack can take up some serious room, though.

I can't afford to use free weights on my wood floors so I had to slum it with the bowflex and elliptical

It's also more versatile. You can do a lot more with a good set of dumbbells than you can just a straight bar setup.

When Clock worked out in our old house with hard wood, we bought a bunch of those foam pads and they worked well.

Now he is down in the basement, so it doesn't matter.

Exactly this. The speed you get gives you a little more versatility, like if you want to switch in and out of different weighted sets or if you're doing something with fast weight changes like a P90X.

Bowflex makes adjustable dumbbells that look like they'd be pretty fast to change out. That might be a happy medium.

Here are the adjustable dumbbells to get if you are going to spend the cash.

Dumbbells vs Barbells vs TRX vs Sandbags vs Bodyweight vs __________

It doesn't really matter.

What really matters is finding the thing that works for you and sticking with it.

I have the rubber pads down over a tarp in the room but I'd still rather not be throwing free weights around in the room.
