Is it possible to get an NHL 94 emulator with updated rosters?

I've been able to do it with Tecmo Superbowl.

I read somewhere, no idea where that TSN WANTED more Jets games to go national, but TNSE wasn't receptive because it meant changing start times to accommodate them. I don't have a link so take it with a grain (pound) of sand.

And as king said it would hurt tsn jets

If thats true then TNSE really dropped the ball on that one. National televised games = expanding your fan base

I can't recall, but does Winnipeg have a Sportsnet West, like Vancouver, Edmonton and Calgary do, or something along that lines?

Brian Munz is saying on 1290 that they ran Scheifele on the RW of the 4th line with Slater and Thorburn yesterday in practice and that is what it looks to be going into tonight.

So many games on every night!

EDIT- Yes, but not exactly. but we used to be in that viewing region and got those games broadcast before the Jets came back.

Now the Edm/Calgary games are actually listed under our SportsNet West guide/schedule (ie. with SHAW), but they are blacked-out and we usually get an AHL game instead. Or curling.

Because each of those city's seem to have their own regional personalized version, geared towards Canucks, Flames and Oilers fans, and I'm just wondering if Winnipeg gets the same thing too.

TSN bought all the rights to the jets, TV/Radio....we get maybe 30seconds of highlights on sportsnet.

I would love to get a pledge from EVERY HFJets member to not start or contribute to any "_______'s better" chants.

I think there is/was still some bitterness due to the lockout which led to more negative chants during the home opener.

My MTS has all 4 sportsnet channels (east, ont, west, pac)

But, any NHL games on them get blacked out, now that the Jets are back.

Before that we got all the flames and oilers games on SNW

Yeah, many Nucks, Flemes, and Coiler games don't get played all the time in their respective regions, however it seems that they still manage to show quite a few games just to appease those who stay home to watch.

Kudos, couldn't agree more.
Let the game happen and a chant will be created organically.
Try and force it and you get stale re-hashed chants that can back fire.

I'm in Winnipeg. Will I be able to see the game on TSN, or will it be blacked out here?

Great GDT!! Lovin' the '94 team selection screen.

I'm gonna miss the beginning of the game but hopefully I can catch the last 2 periods. I really hope we have a better showing at home than last time and I think we will.

Go Jets Go!

I don't mind the booing. People are having fun, kids especially, and there's no real malice there.

Frankly if the 'motivational' aspect of the booing is enough of a difference to the other team to enable them to beat us at home, then our team probably wasn't deserving of a win in the first place.

Still say we need a good "J! E! T! S! JETS! JETS! JETS!" going....
