Morrow for a bag of pucks

Anything to get him off the PP and from taking stupid penalties. Does the rest of the league think he has value?

Yes. Especially at the trade deadline, when teams are most likely to overpay.

keep putting up with his brutal play until the trade deadline. he's got "name value" that you honestly can't buy. some contender is going to be fooled into thinking they can preform a Lazarus-type miracle on him.

My god has he gotten that bad? Wanted him in the offseason to play with Getz and Perry but fortunately Palmieri has played great there so far.

He's slow, doesn't hit, and doesn't go to the front of the net like he used to. It's just gotten sad.

To the Flyers:
Morrow + Robidas for 5th round 2013. Also, take some of the salary back for Morrow.

He's become so insignificant, it took me a second to realize this thread wasn't about Pittsburgh's D prospect.

I'd love to have Morrow on the Bruins - he would fit awesome on the third line left wing next to Kelly and Peverley, especially in a (hopeful) deep playoff run. What are Dallas' needs? More importantly, being that you re-tooled in the offseason, do the Stars fans see this team going on a deep playoff run of their own (which if so, I'm assuming you would want to keep Morrow in that instance unless there was an upgrade to be had, rendering the Bruins as poor trading partners)?

He can't skate, shoot, pass, or defend. Shoulda sold high on him years ago.

MacArthur + Holzer/Franson (defensive or offensive cheap bottom pairing D) for Morrow + Smith (am I crazy to ask for him lol?)

Leafs say no. Komi has looked like a top 4 Dman and we need his steady and physical game.

With his reputation, I can't help but think he'll command a Dustin Penner-like return at the deadline: first pick, prospect and conditional pick. Maybe I'm wrong, but I wouldn't be shocked.

Hed be perfect in Toronto right now. Exactly what we need, a vet leader who is an UFA at seasons end who can add a bit of a physical presence.

What would Dallas realistically want in return?

Well that is far better than Bieksa for a half bag of used pucks.
