Upon re-consideration, I have lowered the asking price for Brian Elliott and Jaroslav Halak. Halak will still cost a lot, but I'd be willing to add to Elliott to get a top line forward.
This doesn't mean they will come for dirt cheap, so don't lowball me. All lowballs will be ignored and all offers containing only futures will be ignored.

Yessir, tomorrow's the official first day of the game. But as it says in the rules, not everyone plays on the same day cause it would just be too much lol.... I split it about half and half. So everyone going through a game would be 15 games so I split it into 2 days basically if tomorrow there are 7 games, the next day there will be 8 and it will keep going until everyone has played out their 12 games. Trading can happen throughout the game starting tomorrow at 5PM EST up until the trading deadline later in the game of course.

Its based on voting. Each GM sends me votes the day of games in a PM then at the end of the day I post the results, update the Standings, then post the next day's games and repeat. Voting is allowed the whole day until I post the results, then we move on to the next days' games. Qualifying for Playoffs is based on your team's record. If you are close to the playoffs near the deadline I encourage GMs to trade for rentals and such to help their team get into the playoffs. At the same time, I encourage teams that are out of the playoff picture around the time of the deadline to be sellers and acquire draft picks for the draft after the season. Basically, make it as realistic as possible... yes, very much like the real NHL.
