I really hope they stay away, but this is a move I see the Eagles biting on...

Fischer used to coach with RRs dad, Buddy. I think he backed up Buddy in the Gilbride scuffle.

Sounds like the Saints want Crenel. Sounds good to me.

Not to mention Fisher used to play for Buddy with Bears

The Ryan brothers used to be ball boys for Bears

So Fisher has known Rob for longtime

Idea is apparently him and Mangini together. No idea who has what title though.

Truth be told, I would like to go younger. Keith Butler from Pittsburgh, Donatell or Tomsula from the 49ers are my choices.

Crenel would be good because after having had two head coaching chances, he may be resigned to just being a defensive coordinator, akin to Dick Lebeau. Can't make guarantees, but likelihood would be that he would be here as long as Payton would.

I can confirm ESPN report about Gregg Williams becoming an assistant head coach with the Titans. Move is pending his reinstatement to NFL...

I think he meant to say he'd only be employed for five minutes.

This is a pretty cool map. Makes me sad that the Steelers dominate most of the Carolinas.

Heh, Saints own San Antonio. I know Tom Benson is from there and the Saints play games there after Katrina. But didn't think it was that much of an influence.

Pittsburgh has way more of Ohio than I thought.

LMAO at the Jets territory

Even the Bills cover most of the state of New York.

Never knew Oregon had that ton of Raiders fans though, interesting..

That's inaccurate. Where's the little purple dot in Philly representing me!

When I moved here, I was equally surprised.

Columbus has 800,000 people and we are 97 miles from Cincinnati, 127 miles to Cleveland and 167 miles from Pittsburgh.

Given that so many people are front runners, it made sense once I moved here.

Oregon has tons of fans for a bunch of historically popular teams.
That map shows Portland in Seahawks territory, but from working down there you see just as many for SF, GB, Raiders, Cowboys and Broncos.

Someone took a pic of the new draft hats. Its small but it looks like the Dolphins aren't changing their logo now, if they are it's just miniscule changes.

As resident Uni nerd I bring this from Lukas:

Quote:
A little birdie tells me that the Jaguars will unveil their new logo tomorrow at 4pm. A uniform redesign, described to me as “similar to one the Seahawks underwent last year,” will be revealed in mid-April.
http://www.uni-watch.com/2013/02/04/...er-bowl-xlvii/

So it looks like we'll have two NFL teams with college unis.

I hope they're teal but based on this past season's Home/Alt switch they did I'm guessing they'll be black.

So based on everything I've heard that makes the Jaguars, Dolphins and Vikings all getting new unis this year. With the former two supposed to be getting logo updates as well.
