I'm ecstatic we're 3-0-0 but I'm not at all happy with how tight the team looks. Not to be a downer after a nice win but as we are now teams like Boston and Pittsburgh will eat us alive, and I'm afraid that's gonna shatter our confidence and lead to a total breakdown.

I like this idea.

Get Barch/Janssen out of the line-up.

I hate seeing a roster spot wasted on 3-4mins a game. Unless we're playing the Rangers and want to add energy, fine. But, that's not every game. And we can get Carter to fight if need be.

i was fuming with all the penalties, thankfully kovy ended it in ot.

both goalies were awesome. i think neuvirth would have been a better star than green for the other team.

and of course Jake was great!

I'm going to guess that MAtteau gets sent back down and we sign Darche.

Then Tedenby gets demoted for Henrique. Will a trade occur? Who knows with lou

That design but it was a much cooler, lighter grey.

$85 is crazy for that.. but I may buy myself an early birthday present in a few hours.

Yeah that looks like it. Maybe I should get one and send it out to get an "IK 17" on it.

I think all teams look like this now.

I mean Boston hasn't really looked that great this season and Pittsburgh is currently losing to the Jets...

Josefson looked absolutely tremendous tonight and had almost 19 minutes of ice-time, however i'm slowly coming to the conclusion that Tedenby just does not mesh with this team and i think we'd be better off exploring other options at this point. Henrique is back soon, but we definitely need to add another top 6 winger to replace Tedenby in my opinion, Kovalchuk playing 30 minutes is a little too much even though he's physically fit enough to handle it probably.

Additionally, deserved praise for our 3rd/4th line of Carter, Gionta and Bernier; those guys played with some serious energy and intensity tonight, all three were fantastic along the boards, cycling the puck and winning battles constantly. They are the perfect group of 4th line players as i see it, although none of them are blessed with amazing hands, they simply outwork their opponents on EVERY shift. Those three deserve some major credit.

Mmmm. I like.

Neuvirth looks so sad that they couldn't get the W after all he did to keep them in it.

He was not gelling with Kovy, and Trav at all, and he had about 3 or 4 giveaways in the 1st period.

The same Pittsburgh that lost 5-2 to the Leafs and are currently trailing Winnipeg? There are no powerhouse teams right now.

I think they've played a few solid periods, but not great games.

3-0 while not playing well is phenomenal, I'll take it.

I say give him a few more games to make an impact, if not add him to a deal with a dman to get us a good winger to complement Elias on the 2nd line and put Clarky back on the 3rd line, I love clarkson but he can get his flukey goals just as well on the 3rd line

DeBoer said the abuse of officials minor was against him for saying something to the officials after the 2nd too many men minor.

So it was Pete that gave Washington the extra 5 on 3 time.
