Heck yes. I just got my birthday present from my wife, and she's sending me up to Chicago for Hawks vs. Blues on April 4. As a downstater turned North Dakotan turned Missourian, I haven't gotten to Chicago too often, so this will be my second time to the United Center.

Anyone have a seating chart for the United Center hockey configuration that shows rows and seat numbers, not just sections? I want to figure out exactly where my ticket is.

Last night in Playa Del Carmen. Unacceptable. I want no part of leaving this, let alone for a winter wasteland. Upside (probably only) is I get to watch hockey again.

Been to Mexico nine times and have been there a few times. Decent place to walk around and shop, too. It is a nice time, but I don't mind coming back after a week.

Woah, I ran into Lionel Messi in a pool. Maybe I should post a picture of every celebrity I've met.

Not sure whether something in post is funny, or if you're simply highlighting 100K?

Simply highlighting 100k, it's an insane amount.

Less than a month in on my diet, and I'm already down 17 pounds!

Shocking that I'm already almost a third of the way to my 2013 weight loss goal in under a month.

have seen John Cena once in my lifetime in person. 6-7 years ago when WWE was in Munich and we had ring seats. That guy has arms bigger than my legs and I'm not skinny

The hell was Terry doing with John Cena? I imagine that was an interesting conversation.

Anyway I've been away from this board for a million years, but I am back to do whatever it was I did before I left.

That's awesome dude.

Did you ever mess around with adding more fish to your diet?

Nope, just don't like fish at all, so sticking with meat and poultry.

It's sort of like Atkins, which is high protein and low carb. Essentially, I'm limiting myself to under 20 grams of carbs a day, which means zero sweets, zero bread, etc. You can have as much meat as you want, so you can literally have all the steak and bacon and eggs as you want, and you don't need to worry about calories. The point is to force you body to enter ketosis to accelerate fat burning. Not at all a good idea for long term fitness, but for relatively short term wait loss, it's been a wonder. You're supposed to have some greens everyday, like two cups of lettuce and one cup of cucumbers, to help you stay regular, and to show how strict the diet is that amount of greens is essentially half of your daily carb total allowed. That means no carrots or potatoes or stuff like that. Also no fruit, too. Been pretty much just eating meat and the occasional cheese and lettuce/cucumber since the new year, though thankfully Lou Malnatti's has a decent low carb pizza option where the bread is replaced by sausage (think one slice is three carbs), so that's helped add some badly needed variety to my diet. KFC's grilled chicken is good for the diet, too, so that's been nice.

The rule of thumb for the ingredient watching is that 0 carb or >1 carb on the nutritional info on a meal = 1 carb.

My plan is to try to drop weight for 3-6 months with this diet and then transition to a more balanced, traditional diet and more exercise for fitness and keeping the weight off. With any luck, I'll be down at least 52 pounds by the end of the year year, from 222 to 170 or lower.

Bought this book Eat This, Not That, and I am already doing so much better in, well, daily fitness.

But what do any of you care? I should know better than to post my personal accomplishments here, I've learned my lesson.
