Thought we could get started talking.

So... AFAIK:

- No Subban
- Similar lineup
- 4th Game for Galchenyuk


So... should be an interesting game. The Devils are undefeated so far this season, but they faced:

- The Capitals (OT win), and we all know how difficult that was
- Philadelphia, which have horrible defensive/goaltending problems
- Islanders. Which are the ???? team in this list so far; as they've had some good and bad games.


All things considered, this should be an interesting matchup.

We'll definitely have a better understanding of what kind of team we got on our hands.

It's just amazing how well it seems the management/coaching staff addressed our needs so far as well as employing some first rate systems that work with our strengths.

All this without PK and Eller is even more impressive.

The Devils boring-*** system will sedate our players and make the game sloppy as wet poop. Brodeur will make a couple of nice saves and Montreal loses 2-1.

A few notes

1) Saturday night without the Habs is gross

2) For a condensed season, we sure seem to be getting an easy start with not too many games. Compared to other teams we've had it pretty good. I haven't studied the schedule yet, but this probably means we have a really tight schedule down the road.

After tomorrow's game we have 3 sets of back-to-backs in a row. WPG/OTT BUF/OTT and BOS/BUF

5 division games to start the month of February, that stretch could be a huge factor in whether or not we make the playoffs.

Thanks for the info. That's what I was afraid of. We've faced two tired teams in a row, while we were refreshed.

Once those back to backs start lining up, we'll see the true depth of this team.

Apparently, Brodeur has been on fire in the first games.

Going to be interesting to watch the kid's line with Prust. It's close to decision time for Galchenyuk! Hope he forces them to keep him.

Pretty sure Cole breaks the ice tomorrow too. Two posts already for him.

Whoever wins the special units battle likely takes this one, as usual.
