There are signs of life in the team. Won the last to games. Offense production is still an issue, but it has been enough to get the job done. Defense and goal tending have gotten better lately. Wednesday Bobkov had one of his best games this year. Last night Andersen made a couple really nice saves to keep the ADS in it. Boys are being more responsible with the puck and making better decisions with it. Seeing far fewer turnovers that lead to breakaways for the other team. Hope it continues. GO ADS!

Sami's return was uneventfull, I dont think he has as much to offer this team without Palmari and Holland. This team of late has been more physical, grinding out low scoring wins with tough defense and good goaltending, This style might not help him with his European style. Good we got the win

He may not fit in best with this in the short term, and it probably stinks for your team... but that's great news. That's exactly what I think would be best for his long-term development.

That's for the best. He was ineffective beyond the ECHL.

Only if he trys and apply it, I watched him closely last night he didnt have and hits and was not very physical in front of the net or corners., Maybe it will take some time. He isnt the biggest guy, so he may not play the way the other defensmen are, I was really impressed with Clark last night, a couple of Bridgeport players got really lucky that he just missed some HUGH hits. I would be suprised if he doenst get called up to Anaheim soon

Ehhhhh. I don't want to rag on a player too much, but he needs to work on feeding the puck to his mates better.

Can you imagine if he he makes it to the NHL as an annual 30 goal scorer but only gets like 8 assists a year?

I think he is just proving he still has a ways to go before he is NHL ready.

Just picked up his 12th. A 20-goal rookie season in the AHL is pretty good. A 4-assist rookie season is really bad.

Now when you think about what Holland and Palmieri did in the AHL when they were 20/21 YO, it seems pretty impressive

Brittain may be a late bloomer. Goes from being almost discarded as a prospect to being our best player in the ECHL and putting up decentish numbers so far in the AHL. He may have earned another shot with the organization after his ELC expires.

Palmieri was 18 his rookie year in the AHL and scored 29 goals with 22 assists.

Its really not that impressive compared to Holland and Palmieri.

Sorry I wrote my sentence wrong. I meant that what Etem is doing is making what Palmieri and Holland did seem very impressive. So I agree with you

Sorry for the confusing sentence

In Etem's defense it is possible (hopefully likely) he continues to improve the second half of the season and ends up with good numbers. That is, more than just doubling his current pace.
