Could be but Briere is not on IR according to the team's roster page.

I guess the E. Wellwood playing center experiment is officially over now with Schenn back in the lineup, Laughton staying with the big club and Briere on the verge of returning. Going 0 out of 6 in the faecoff circle the other night may have ultimately sealed it for him.

McGinn and Knuble are better choices and more physical on the wings, so he had to go... but we gonna see more of Wellwood as the season progresses.

This will be Laughton's 5th game. What do you guys think, does he stay or go? Briere is most likely on the verge of coming (tomorrow or Tuesday) back so keep that in mind.

He should go, but he will stay. He could conceivably come back once his season is over.

I'd like to send Laughton back but I don't think the Flyers have any other choice but to keep him. Who would take his place as the 4th line center? Talbot? The Flyers would probably want to keep him on the wing

I think he's staying now. Hopefully they give some more minutes. I think he's definitely deserved it so far. I would like to see him on the PK in the future so we can take Giroux off it.

I am going to the game tonight. The only Flyers game I will get to see live this season as I live down here in Florida. Will be sitting in the cheap seats, section 420. But I have got to see the Flyers when they come to town. So pumped

I wouldn't mind either way with Laughton. But it looks like we're going to need him. I'm guessing he gets used in a role similar to Couturier last year.

Since it's the weekend I'm thinking Keith Jones will be there with Jim Jackson and Coatsey. I'm not familiar with Florida's guys, so can't help you there.
