Corvo has been a plus player every year (3) in the league. He is MILES ahead of Jones. I am trying to be realistic - no Redden etc.
GKJ - thoughts, I know you follow the Kings pretty close.
Also PY your thoughts of JR are at least as stinky.

Corvo would never work out here with Hitchcock as the coach, he isn't good enough defensively and he never will be. He may have been a plus player but that's not because he's reliable, he played with Lubomir Visnovsky a lot this past season. If he was brought in to be a 7th defenseman, fine by my watch, maybe a 6th. He can get put on a power play and hold his own but Corvo isn't someone I'd go out of my way to get.

Anyone see that shootout goal he had against the Ducks though? That was sweet.

I will take your word for it GKJ as you have seen more than I - thusly I would replace Corvo with Markov or Skrastins.
