Finally talked to this cute redhead who works on the same floor as me. We wait for our buses in the same location and I struck up a conversation. I'm a little proud of myself for that, normally I'm so shy that I can't even do that unless there is alcohol involved.
I can't tell if she's interested or just being nice and that's the worst. She was smiling at me the whole time, but when her bus showed up she was off like a shot, even though it stays there for a few minutes. I think I should put that down to it being a Friday.
Ha, I feel your pain, and thus I have no worthwhile advice.
37 yrs old. Kind of feel like I wasted part of my life. Brings meaning to so many comments made by people throughout the years.
I started at the end of my junior year of college. If it wasn't for the fact I barely did any of the work (I was supposed to do) in college, I would say I missed the boat big time. Its never too late to join the club though. Welcome.
I have about 15 different loose leaf teas, it's a bit of an indulgence. I keep it fairly simple with coffee, I generally buy Guatemala Antigua from a local coffee shop since I know they roast their beans on a pretty regular basis and don't leave much on the shelf for very long. The key to great coffee is buying beans, rather than grounds, and grinding them right before you make the coffee.
I haven't drank coffee since I was 12. I never did drink it regularly. Only a couple times, and the last time I was 12. I have drank some ice coffee since then that someone had, but couldn't finish. Coffee ice cream is not bad either. I used to go to 7-11, and mix a bunch of the stuff there. Not the coffee, but the french vanilla, and capacinnos sometimes. If that counts as coffee then I guess I have drank it more recently than 12.
I like the smell of coffee too, and I also like the smell of beer, but I don't like the way it tastes. All in all caffiene is something I don't need any more of cause I already have enough problems sleeping as it is.
