Well...Westchester isn't a neighborhood, it's a county that is spans 450 sq. miles.
And it entirely depends upon where you are in Westchester. Typically, southern Westchester is much more affluent than northern Westchester because of the proximity to the city. I live at the northernmost peak of Westchester. It's a five minute drive into Putnam county. There's a community of crack houses just a few minutes from work and there's the Trump Park Residences five minutes in the opposite direction. It's a mix. **** is really expensive here, though. Crazy property taxes.
