3 .. 2 electric and 1 acoustic .. One electric is a Fender Mexica Stratocaster (as far as Strats go, the Mexi's are like the second best .. The American made ones are the super good expensive ones) .. The other is my fave my Gibson Les Paul Studio, great quality guitar .. She's sexy

Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Cook until the pancakes bubble on the surface, a few minutes usually, then flip and cook on the other side for a minute or two.
