Jerry Ahtola Tappara -> Lukko
Ivan Majesky HC Kladno -> Jokerit
Josh MacNevin AIK -> TPS
Tom Preissing Rögle -> TPS
TPS made moves to strenght their defense and Jokerit tries something to replace somehow Erik Karlsson. Jerry Ahtola is a scorer for Lukko after Mikkel Boedker.

Majesky is not a "replacement" to Karlsson
he is a big stay home dman...depth signing for playoffs in mind... other defenders have to take the PP role and ice time left from Karlsson.
Good signings by TPS.

Josef Boumedienne (D) ----> Karpat
Does this guy ever play a full season with one team?
Thought he might have been more of a replacement for Karlsson, but as Finnpinn says Jokerit mustn't necessarily be looking to replace his attacking style.

Good signings by TPS.
I watched Majesky for a season in Linkoping and i was well impressed, solid defensively, good skating forward with puck and wasn't scared to put himself about (saw him drop the gloves too). Hope he still has all that in his game, as it was 5 years ago...

Niko Hovinen returns to Europe and joins KalPa. Hopefully his NA conquest will continue later on.

HIFK head coach Pasi Sormunen out with assistant coach Antti Pennanen.
Raimo Summanen and Joonas Tanska will be assisting him.
Also forward Mika Hannula from Blues to HIFK.

Summanen: Dr Jekyll & Mr Hyde. If he can keep the inner madman out then HIFK might be strong in spring time...

To sum it up -> Injured last year and hasn't done his summer-training this year. Jarkko Glad is a rocket compared to this guy.
+ Good vision, nice sense, professional guy(media-wise).
- Skating, Physical play, intensity, shot, stamina
Seems like Espoo is where he's heading. not official yet.

Ben Eaves is more often injured than playing so bringing another NA american forward to team certainly brings depth. Let's see what he can bring to the table.

Rumor has it that goaltender Juuso Riksman, who is playing for Espoon Blues this season, would play for Ässät next season since Raanta is gone after this one (HIFK most likely his next home).
Also read that negotiations with another goalie underway, since Järvenpää won't be with Ässät next season.

The Blues fired their head coach Marjamäki. Will be interesting to see how they play tomorrow (I'm going to see the game, mainly for Barkov, though).
