Tippett. Does the most with the least for an organization that has been on life support for years.

Tippet is severely overrated around here, since this franchises existence they haven't properly developed a young star forward to their potential, that's why they depend of vets like Whitney, Sullivan, Hanzal etc, how many highly touted forwards have they had not reach their potential, Mueller, Turris, Boadker etc.

I choose McLean because I don't see Karlsson ever become the same player he is under Hitchcock and Tippet, maybe under Babcock where he runs a similar puck possession high tempo system and let's his players free to use their skills.

Going to give DeBoer some much needed love.

Turned the team's system on it's head, and still let it build on the momentum it generated at the end of 2011 despite the growing pains.
Got the best out nearly every player on the roster.
Kept the team composed during two back-to-back series with huge rivals.

Making a lot out of very little this season, despite losing two of its best scorers and two assitant coaches.
Best coach the Devils have had in a long time.

Exactly, I'm not getting the lovefest for tipit...

Vigneault is the correct option. A distant distant 2nd and 3rd maybe the stlouis or shicago coaches...

1.A: Babcock 1.B: Hitchcock, 3. Quenneville, 4. Trotz 5. Tippett

HM:

Basically, my top 3 are the guys that (are smart enough to) borrow systems from Juniors (the innovative league as far as coaching goes), and the final two spots are for consistency.
