Just extract it to a USB stick, copy to your PS3 from the XMB, and load it in the game.
Make sure to keep the folder structure intact (the PS3 directory should be in the root directory of your USB stick) or it won't be recognized.
Link isn't working. Thanks anyways, appreciate the effort.

I must be blind.

Where can I see how my players are developing and change the training of them?

In the roster update, nobody from the CHL wears visors. The hell? I guess Don Cherry made the roster update.

Can anyone tell me if this game is worth buying?

I'm not completely opposed to playing low scoring games, but in NHL 12 it seemed like every other (dynasty) game I played was 1-0. I'd usually play with Colorado and at the end of 8 or 9 games Matt Duchene and Paul Stastny (who I believe were both 87 overall players) would each have one or two points yet my goalie Varlamov (84 overall I think) would have three shutouts.

Has there been a change to the gameplay or perhaps a new Dynasty mode feature that make this game a must buy?

He's 99 passing, 98 puck control, 97 Offensive awareness and between 88-91 in each of the shooting categories. He just led the league in assists. Tarasenko has like no trade value. Each year I hope Tarasenko will just jump to 88 overall or something, but it never happens . Drouin also has 99 each shooting category. He's won the Rocket Richard the last two seasons. Also, Jake Allen jumped from an 80 to an 85 overall when he did not get a second of time in net. I made him the back up in the AHL, but somehow he jumped 5 points. I don't get it.
Tarasenko scored 68 points in my first season and jumped to 85 overall.

I haven't played for 4 months so I didn't realize how peculiar trade AI is. I have a 23 defensemen (Brenden Dillon), 83 overall, he's got pretty high trade value, and is on an excellent contract (4 years 2.0 mil per) yet every time I go to trade him, even if I offer him for a 7th rounder to a team with 15 million in cap space, they said it's fair value yet they don't want to take on his contract...

I just drafted a guy named Xavier Packard in 2018 and the year he was drafted, he was 82 overall, 5 GREEN stars. I played him on the third line, had a solid year of 43 points, and jumped to a 92 overall 19 year old TWF! He's amazing at everything.

You know somethings wrong with the game when its harder to get the puck off someone standing still doing nothing than moving around trying the protect it.

I think they've been that way since the game was released.
All of the kids wear Reebok gear too, when all but a handful of teams have a deal for CCM gear.

It's just pure laziness on their part.

I can't speak for anything relating to Dynasty, but if you're looking for improvement in gameplay, I'd probably stay away.
There's new mechanics like improved skating, but they also removed things they added as features a few years ago, like goalie collisions.
The skating system is great in theory but is crap in reality, as it feels like guys are skating in sand much of the time.
It was supposed to prevent things like the faster players in the NHL being caught by slow pylon defensemen, but it still happens all the time.
Players also handle the puck like an eight year old if they are going any faster than slow and are knocked off the puck with the slightest touch.
Much of this does not apply to the CPU, of course.

They also claimed to have improved the AI, but I still find that they are dumb as stumps.

rosters don't autosave, and if you only have 1 roster file, the periodical EA auto-downloads will overwrite it

Anyone know a website that has stats to create players missing or for teams from the past. Would like to create the Penguins cup teams.

What year do you start finding franchise players in the draft?

Just had a hell of a 2016 draft. I had no 1st round picks but I saw a couple of early second rounders that looked good so I traded my 1st next year for a mid first (like 24) and a high second (I think 34). Drafted a 6'1 LW (20 years old) with my first rounder. He was supposed to go in the early second but he was one of only 3 players left with 3.5 star potential who was a forward. I needed LW's so I wanted him badly.

With my early second I drafted a 5'10 playmaker for Slovakia, who was 3.5 stars as well. Then, with my original second round pick, I drafted a huge 6'5 LW Victor Eberle, at 54th overall. He was a playmaker.

Turns out, All three had 3.5 stars. Nice finds. But what's better, is that Lupul and the Slovak were 76 OVERALLS, and Eberle was a 77!! Right out of the draft!. Eberle plays on my 4th line and is great to play with. Not too slow and can pass really well (84 for passing)

Just became really lucky with some guys who I scouted.

Some of these prospects are just unbelievable! Xavier Packard, in his 2nd season in the league, is now a 96 overall as a 20 year old. He's a 99 in just about every except fighting, faceoffs, and poise.
