Your obsession with N/S passing doesn't help on the PP. That keeps them stuck along the perimeter. You have to cross the ice to get around the defense and try to catch the goalie out of position.
Still, Voracek has been downright bad on the PP this year

Other two came after he over committed and couldn't get back to position after a pass, because he is slow.
