Best, Worst Towns in States

List best and worst TOWNS. Not the big cities, but the towns where you grew up or lived or went to, etc...

What's a town? Less than 1,000,000? Less than 200,000? 100,000? 50,000? 25,000?

Well, in my brain, towns are well... Townships. And stuff like that. Cities and towns are different. Like red bank is a town. Tinton Falls is a town. Totowa is a city. Etc.

Can we just count the entire state of Ohio as a town? That state sucks.

There's a town I deliver to that's real nice called Beaver. Bunch of historical stuff like the first American regiment was founded there, houses built in the early-mid 1800's. Has a nice Main street with small mom and pop stores, good restaurants. I think the population is maybe 10,000.

But the town is dry.

I don't know of any towns in NJ that are less than 10,000 population. Everyone says my hometown is small but it's over 20,000 these days.

Spartanburg, where all the rich rednecks live, has no class.

North Carolina

Best: Without picking a beach or mountain resort town? Probably Davidson.

Worst: Just about any town in the eastern part of the state. Marion, which is located about an hour east of Asheville, is a very close second, meth is the biggest money maker here.

South Carolina

Best: Either Clemson or a beach town.

Worst: Dillon. High crime and the one of the highest drop-out rates in the country.

Yeah there's nothing to do here. I live on a farm and neighbor girl is cute but that's it and I find myself in Amherst and Downtown Buffalo most of the time.

I have relatives in Myrtle Beach. Seems to be a classy town. As for me, grew up in Rochester, MN. Not much to see, unless you're sick and come to the Mayo Clinic, parodied in this famous scene:
