It never gets old hearing broadcasters comparing whatever team is on to the Kings.

Yeah, it's weird hearing the rest of the league speak about us in such high regard.

Mentally, it still hasn't completely sunk in yet that we actually won the Stanley Cup.

I'm really happy he went home to Minnesota. He's a fantastic player and the best Minnesotan in the NHL so I'm happy for their fans that he's on their team. I'd love to see the Wild as a perennial cup contender and I think they're on their way there.

Parise picks up an assist to go with his 2 goals so far. Wild are beating a very strong Blues team right now.

Hawks win in OT. 6 games. 6 wins. First time in their history they've started a season winning 6 in a row.

Most impressive when you consider the Hawks have played 6 games in 9 days with 4 of them on road

Also killed 6 Wing PP's tonight (Including long 5 on 3)

Honestly, imo its part of the reason for there lack of success. Sounds crazy right?

My theory....Sharks PP is so good that they become so dependent/game plan on it success to win games. Then the playoffs come and those chances get cut in half (if that with the way they call the games in the playoffs). Now the Sharks are left with their so-so 5on5 play that has to carry them. And because they had this "crutch" carrying them all season when it is gone the team struggles.

Hickey has been solid. He is moving the puck very well. His offensive game is very strong. I'm impressed. He is way better than Joe Finley - so I guess he will be playing most of the games before Vis is reporting.

Why couldn't we at least trade Hickey? We gave him away for nothing.

Hickey on ice for GWG in OT by Jets. Couldn't catch up to Evander Kane on the backcheck to stop him from putting rebound in.

Don't understand why everyone is so bitter about Hickey. Just be happy for him. I hope he does well in LI.

The Sharks look unstoppable. I'm afraid this could be their year to stop choking. Yes, they have that history of playoff failures, But like chopping down a tree, sooner or later, the tree will fall. I hope I'm wrong.

Problem for the Sharks has always been the one key to winning a SERIES as opposed to just winning a game, which is being able to adapt to your opponents better than they can adapt to you.

They always play like this during the regular season.

They have mediocre defense, mediocre goaltending, and a bunch of playoff softies. They're not going anywhere in the post season.

I know, man. But the day they start going on a long rebuilding mode the way we did in the 2000s would make me happy. I'm just tired of them always being competitive every season.

I feel you man. I can't stand the Sharks. I wish they would just collapse. I have a feeling they're going to eventually end up like the Flames. That day can't come soon enough.

And I absolutely LOATHE Randy Hahn.

Dougie Hamilton is such a stud. Toronto is going to regret the Kessel trade for decades.
