You should do something more constructive with that passion.
Maybe go to a practice session and get in McLeod's/Bordeleau's face, and tell them they suck.
Emphasize the point with a good, hard shove. maybe even a slap in the face. Yes. Tell them they are a slap in the face to the Avalanche logo, then slap them in the face to illustrate your point.
Don't just spew bile, Make A Difference!!!
Well other than our PK sucks, our PP sucks, our defense lets people crowd the net and get rebounds, we've lacked offensive punch, our 2nd line has been useless, one of our best players is sitting on his ass waiting for an overpriced contract, our captain got nailed last game and nobody is sure how it's going to affect him we're not a bad team.
Its actually ridiculous the amount of PIMs were getting a game.
We are averaging over 6 minutes more a game then any other team in the league.... That's ridiculous. I mean were playing close to half the game with someone sitting in the box for something right now.
That is just scary. There's plastic and then there's Nicki Minaj. I don't understand people these days, this is who you want to be?
Anyways I'm going to refrain from guessing the score. Guessing penalties is a much better use of our time though. More fun and more positive in comparison to us expecting a loss each and every game.
I'll go and say we end up with 18 minutes worth of penalties. I hope its lower though considering that we are quite good 5 on 5, we just don't get to see 5 on 5 as often as we'd like.
Just use the ignore button. I have lots of posters here on ignore. It's ok being critical, but some sports fans seem to enjoy complaining about losses more than cheering for wins and only see the negative aspect in all things. It gets old very fast.
I think as a 5 on 5 team, we've been pretty good this year.
So far, our special teams have been really awkward to say the least.
It bodes well for the avs that not only they stay out of the box, try not to draw any penalties either.
Hopefully with time, we'll get a better system in place for the PP and PK.
We got absolutely shredded by the sharks on the PK, but I wouldnt weigh that game too heavily as the sharks are just hammering EVERYONE on the PP this season.
Other than the SJ game, we only allowed 2 PP goals, so it hasnt been rotten, its been decent.
You're going to abuse our 4th line - literally a scoring chance against or penalty on every shift
Ryan Smyth is a shade of his old self, very beatable at ES - which means we don't have really have a 3rd line. We lack good "shutdown" ability on our team, Horcoff is our best player at it, but the rest of it's not there. MPS is an up-and-coming force in that regard, but Belanger/Smyth have really fallen off at ES.
That top-6 is a joke at defensive play other than RNH.
Is this oilers fan trying to out negative us? Gagner is going to have another 8 point game on the 14 PP chances the Oilers will have.
Haha I'm not saying you guys are going to run over us, just offering some tidbits on the ongoing weaknesses of our team.
Our PP is hella dangerous though. We literally have 2 #1 units.
1) Hall-RNH-Eberle-Horcoff-J.Schultz (with Horcoff in front of net)
2) Smyth-Gagner-Hemsky-Whitney-Yakupov (with Smyth in front of net, Yakupov bomb from point)
If there was any chance of it staying 5 on 5 I'd feel quite confident, but since the Avs are going for the record for most PIM per game, that's not the case, even though our PK should match up much better with your smaller PP than we did SJ's huge PP.
Should be a fun game to watch, Oilers 9 Avs 2, with McGinn accidental scoring both as his post shots bounce in off Dubnyk.

Given your #1 is impressive, but how is the #2 unit considered a #1 PP unit?
I'd probably be inclined to say (if they are doing well on the PP) you have competent special teams coaching, unlike us.
Regardless, I expect a very high scoring game tonight and when we meet up at the end of the week. I think both rosters will have a lot to prove and neither will look to let the other demolish them, given how both of us are seen as the future of the conference (Minny too I guess, just haven't been as impressed with them... maybe when Brodin/Dumba develop).
Did we ever get a confirmation on starters? I'm guessing Giggy for us.
Our team struggles to provide each other with passes stick to stick let alone dominate the PP. Big skilled teams like The Sharks and others will continue to dominate us with possession, dominance and control.
It's not as though we don't "try" to compete, because our team is full of hard workers. We just lack the capacity.
I think it's time for the Aveeeeees to dominate the Oilers with dominance. 4-1, no PP goals allowed. Duchene, McGinn, McGinn, Parenteau.
