If they are intent on doing Twice in a Lifetime, then the 3 main matches will be Rock/Cena, Punk/Taker, Lesnar/Triple H with the undercard staying the same.
I can see Lesnar vs Taker *If they really work on this hard and quick*
Punk vs Triple H (Punk attacks Vince, Triple H comes to his rescue, build up for Mania)
Cena vs Rock (Blargh...)
With Jericho returning for a short while, I really doubt they'll pair him off with Ryback. Plus it seems they're gonna start off the Ziggler - Jericho boat right off the bat again.

Not what Dave and the sheets report.
Dave says they'll do Jericho/Ziggler at EC and then Jericho starts his program with Ryback.

Really don't want to see this, since it means Jericho will likely have to turn heel (who can honestly picture a heel Ryback right now?), and Jericho was a heel for his entire run last time he was back. I'd much prefer to see Jericho have a face run, considering the pop he got last night.
Anyway, this will be pretty much a mix of what I think will happen and what I hope happens.
WWE Championship: John Cena vs The Rock
World Heavyweight Championship: Dolph Ziggler vs Chris Jericho (hoping Ziggler cashes in before Mania and Jericho challenges him for it, this match could steal the show, no pun intended)
Money in the Bank: Antonio Cesaro vs Wade Barrett vs The Miz vs Kofi Kingston vs Ryback vs Christian vs Alberto Del Rio vs Big Show
WWE Tag Team Championship: Team Hell No vs Team Rhodes Scholars vs The Shield (Rollins/Ambrose)
Dave says they'll do Jericho/Ziggler at EC and then Jericho starts his program with Ryback.
It doesn't matter what Dave says!
No, really... I don't think they'll do that. They would be no chemistry. Besides, I don't think Chris Jericho would work a 5 minute match with Ryback... We all know he can't last more then that.
If WWE's smart, stay away from Ryback from Jericho's POV

Last year I made a lenghty post-WM post about how three non-full-time wrestlers were in the three main event matches. In your scenario we switch Jericho for Lesnar which is even worse off.
Cena vs Rock wwe title (Cena wins title)
Lesnar vs HHH. It starts tonight with the heyman and Vince thing( HHH wins just to say he still has it)
Jericho vs Ziggler
I have no idea what there gonna do with Punk but i dont think he will face Taker but if he does face Taker, Taker will win
WWE would be ****ing stupid to put HHH over Lesnar with Lesnar re-signing for two years. Lesnar should still go over and I believe he will, marking an official end to Triple H's in ring career.

Well WWE is probably having 2 rematches that were suppose to be one time only(hhh/Lesnar and Cena/Rock) so i would not really be surprised with the good guys winning at WM
Vince WANTED Triple H to go over at SummerSlam, but Triple H nixed that himself to protect Lesnar and their investment in him. He's around for another two years. Get to protecting that investment again, Hunter. NO REASON for HHH to go over with Lesnar re-signing. You would destroy Lesnar like that.

If HHH goes over, then it proves he was not protecting their investment and proves HHH was using Lesnar to go over in the end, HHH has his infamous deals he makes where he tells someone he'll put them over, and never does, but he still gets to go over, like what happened with CM Punk where Punk never got his win. point is I don't trust HHH when it comes to himself
Before EC, I'm guessing top four matches for Wrestlemania will be:
WWE Championship: The Rock (c) vs. John Cena vs. CM Punk
No Holds Barred: Brock Lesnar vs. Triple H
World Heavyweight Championship: Alberto Del Rio (c) vs. Mark Henry
Money in the Bank Ladder Match: Dolph Ziggler vs. Chris Jericho
I think Undertaker sits this one out, Henry wins the chamber match with Ziggler screwing Jericho (Jericho is the last eliminated).

Didn't go the direction I thought they'd go in tonight so...
WWE Championship: The Rock (c) vs. John Cena World Heavyweight Championship: Alberto Del Rio (c) vs. Jack Swagger Money in the Bank Ladder Match: Dolph Ziggler vs. Chris Jericho No Holds Barred: Brock Lesnar vs. Triple H Grudge Match: Ryback vs. Sheamus Tag Team Championships: The Shield vs. Team Hell No (c)
CM Punk either vs. Undertaker or in the WWE title match, but I doubt that considering the clean finish at the chamber.
Shield needs to get some gold. Hell No is on the verge of a break up, but I doubt it happens at Wrestlemania. If one of them eliminated in the chamber, sure, but that didn't happen. Thinking Shield wins the titles and Kane/Bryan have a match at Extreme Rules or Over The Limit or No Way Out or whatever the **** pay-per-view they have in June with Extreme Rules in May.
Ryback looks to be on the verge of a heel turn. He's NOT getting over and the end of that 6 man match tonight made it look like he's on the verge of a heel turn. WWE needs another top heel to go against Cena when Rock leaves too.
Card isn't looking too good really if that's the direction they go in.
After EC, the most important issue after whether Punk is in the title match or not is how is the Shield going to be used. I think a run-in is not going to be good enough for them. They're hot and need to be booked in another match where they can impress yet again.

If they REALLY want to put The Shield over have 2 win the tag and one win the IC. It'd be so nice to see them dominate for awhile.
With the way they've trashed the tag team division lately and the trash that is the IC competition, I don't think that will say much of anything. I agree with the premise to some extent but I don't think it will work here. I think they need to have a six man tag elimination match against Sheamus, Ryback, and Miz or someone else Shield has attacked and just dominate them and include a heel turn with either Ryback or Sheamus.
But you still have a pretty scattered tag team division. After Hell No, their opponents would be a hodgepodge of singles competitors teaming up and most of them would be fleeting alliances that likely make little sense. If they had a more established division, I would go along with it but they don't...it's in shambles.
This Mania looks awful. Yeah it will be clearer this time tomorrow, but YIKES.
The Rock v John Cena - Seen it before. Not very good the first time and everyone knows the result already. No intrigue.
Triple H v Brock Lesnar - Seen it before. Meh the first time. No intrigue.
The Undertaker v CM Punk - Match will be the ***** like all other Punk/Taker matches. Punk has no ability to work big men. Little intrigue.
Alberto Del Rio v Jack Swagger - The build could be good because of one man and one man only (Dutch Mantell). Match will be meh and the fact Jack Swagger is in a title match at Mania is a joke. Little intrigue.
Kane v Danial Bryan - Seen it before. Little intrigue.
Dolph Ziggler v Chris Jericho - Seen it before. The matches they have are underwhelming and this match will probably be no exception. No intrigue.
Randy Orton v Mark Henry - Seen it MANY times. No intrigue.
I don't think they do IC/US title matches. Maybe they do 1, but not the other because they never have both belts booked. Also I think the ship has sailed on Mysterio/Cara, but they could still give them 8-10 minutes to get all of their **** in.
The following upper midcard guys are not really program bound:
Ryback
Sheamus
The Shield
Cody Rhodes
Damian Sandow
Antonio Cesaro
Wade Barrett
The Miz
Christian
Big Show
Kofi Kingston
Rey Mysterio
R-Truth
Maybe the big "get everyone on the card" match will be a 4 corners match and we see some new teams formed (easy way to get the Shield on the card as a team and I think you do Ambrose/Rollins)
REALLY wish Ziggler would cash in and we could have MITB. Could have a killer MITB match with Cesaro, Christian, Sandow, Rhodes, Barrett, Dallas, Kingston, Mysterio.
