The only thing you were missing is the "best since 2003" label.

what would oilers have to add with gagner for ror if anything? I think gags would be a good center for landeskog. ROR would bring good balance between yakupov and hemsky

Avs wouldn't take a deal with Gagner being the main piece. O'reilly brings so much more than a slow undersized skill center.

Oh you would definitely have to add. However, myself and the other Avs fans here have no interest in Gagner. Hopefully the Avs front office feels the same way about him as well. We have two centers (Duchene/Stastny) who are better than Gagner and can play with Landeskog.

Instead of adding to Gagner, it's probably better to completely take him out of the trade and start with something better. A lot better.

Lander looks like he's on the path to becoming a fourth line center. Why would Avs trade O'Reilly for someone like that?

More of a 3rd line center but like mentioned above looks like you guys already have 1c and 2c looking good! The + would be draft pics.

Funny how Leaf fans are now trying to steal away Sgarbossa.

Would Eller and Weber be of any interest to Colorado?

ROR is definitely the type of player Bergevin/Therrien seem to be after, and Weber is on the way out.

I think gags plus a 2nd would do it...I know it's probably considered a slight over-payment from you guys, but that would certainly get it done imo.

It has been suggested a second round pick but some of our other players could be available as well such as Da Costa or Bishop. It might be possible to pry out one of Noesen/Puempel/Stone from our hands, but if I were a shrewd negotiator I would try and keep them. That being said Reilly is a proven NHL commodity so he would be worth it.

3 Way Trade?

To Toronto- Mika Zibanejad, COL 2013 1st round pick and OTT 2013 2nd round pick.

To Colorado- Phil Kessel

To Ottawa- Ryan O'Reilly

How's Johansson + Orlov + 3rd

Or

Johansson + Brouwer

Johansson can replace RoR's offence and some of his defense. Either go with Brouwer to replace Downie/Landeskog or Orlov for a young LHD with top pairing potential?

Values not bad but I still would rather have O'reilly. I hope he signs soon so we can stop with these proposals.

I think the value is good provided that ROR is willing to sign a reasonable contract.

Sharks would trade Clowe in a separate deal for picks and trade Demers/Braun + picks for ROR. I don't know, maybe the Dharks aren't such great trading partners, we don't have excess skilled forwards for you guys

What does Colorado need? I'd start a deal for O'Reilly around Teravainen and Dylan Olsen.
