Fun fact: Gaustad has 15 career power play goals.
Yea Gaustad is definitely the closest we can come to replacing Hornqvist on the PP.

Why show up for a pickup with the Preds?

We continue to look lost and confused.

I don't mind Gaustad on the PP in the Hornqvist role in front of the net. They just replayed SK making a pass on the PP instead of shooting it. Wilson was there for the rebound shoot it.

Highlighted by that spinning backhander by Wilson that went straight to the Yotes...

Thats obvious. But this has been a issue with every game this year. Is there not a coming to god meeting with Trotz and players about shooting the puck.

Honestly he's better off just shooting it, at least there might be a rebound or stay in the zone a bit longer.

Is there a team in the NHL that has had more split power plays in the last three seasons than the Preds?

I Have seen alot of hockey in my time and considering the depleted Phoenix team this may have been the worst period I have ever seen.
