He was measured by NHL Central Scouting as 5'11.75 on January 14th.

Barkov should probably come over to adjust to the smaller ice. Lindholm, too. I doubt either does, if it isn't for the NHL. I'd let Monahan stay down in junior. Let him put up huge, eye-popping numbers and contend for the OHL scoring lead, while getting his chance to suit up for Canada in Malmo. Similarly, I'd let Drouin take over #1 C duties in Halifax, and be "the man" without MacKinnon (who I'd say probably makes the jump). Even Jones, I'd probably leave in the Dub. Let him dominate, put up enormous numbers, fill out a little bit, and just get a little older, more mature. What's the rush? D are supposed to take a little longer. Let him take a little longer. It won't hurt. MacKinnon is probably the only guy I'd be willing to give a real shot at an NHL spot to. Even him, though, I'd be inclined to let compete for the CHL scoring title with Drouin, and let them make up two thirds of the top line for Canada at the WJC.

if they wanna let him rot on the 3rd or 4th line sure. not good for his development though.

I wouldnt be surprised if a guy like Bo Horvat sticks with a team next year in a role like Laughton in Philly.

Maybe I'm missing somebody and you can add in Ryan Murray if you feel inclined since he would probably have been there.
from my perspective gally and perhaps grigs arent ready and should go back down. its that stupid ahl-chl rule that is screwing them. cant see why they dont fix that.

Because the CHL doesn't want to lose it's best players.

Just the top 3, no surprise there .... MacKinnon, Jones and Barkov can/will make the NHL.

I can't think of any circumstance where Drouin should make the NHL next season ... He shouldn't.

He would be on the top line if it's Columbus, to replace Nash of course.
