MODs, slovaks here and posters of other nations. Just you to know, this is not my words! It was necesarry to publish this statement to know opinions of Slovan´s fanclub leaders. I know, it is a small group of people and therefore "clever" fans should make steps to "teach" them how to behave.

wow that's such a ****

Ageed with vorky and kajoo, this is not something you want representing your club.

I am Canadian, and a couple of days in Bratislava is as far east as I've ever been, I won't claim to be any kind of expert on how things work out there, but if this is something in any way affliated with the club, Slovan needs to shut that down. That is not the time or place for political messages of any kind, nevermind making threats or disparaging remarks about a foreign nation.

It sounds like the fanclub has made a statement condemning the behaviour (from a later vorky post), so that's good. Hopefully those kind of statements stay away from any kind of official fan club, that is not the type of behaviour you want associated with your club.

"Verní Slovanu" officially condemned individual action of their member

http://vernislovanu.sk/index.php?id=2110

Author of article apologised bellow in comments section. Glad that Slovan fans were able to sort out this issue.

there is no any problems with that - visa and money is all you need
since belarus had become independent it's like in any other country

and those fans in bratislava are just dinamo fans which travelling with the team to other khl cities as well
i'm really surprised to read smth like this, bunch of stupid stereotypes

it was individual brainfart. That article outraged many fans and fanclub sorted it out already.

It's about time they mounted a third period comeback for once, instead of giving up leads.

So how about the Norwegian goalie Lars Haugen. In 2010-11 he was an unknown goalie who got loaned out from his club in the Norwegian Elite League. Today? Leads the KHL in GAA with 1.54 and only behind Varlamov (for now) in SV% at 0.944.

Those 2 fights were as good as a fight in the KHL as we've seen in a while and it had nothing to do with Vityaz!

Maybe I was wrong when I said i other thread that Indrasis has no NHL jump in him. Still can't see what Romanov did wrong that pissed Indrasis off, all in all Romanov looked physically superior specimen in that video from start to end.

Norway is the next european gold mine of hockey talent. The culture there of excellence in winter sports is amazing. So far in Norway individual events get a lot more hype then team sports but i think that will soon change with Norwegians making a great impact in the KHL. The KHL needs to make inroads into that nation and quickly.

You do realize that their current star players have all been groomed/developed dominantly in other leagues? Hockey is such a small sports there, far behind cross country skiing and int team sports football and handball(especially women's).

Looks like Miks wants to prove abols that sending him to liepaja was the wrong decision, even by such methods as fighting, as he is not primary a fighter, but a scorer
