I hate that we're on the PK again, but the Ref didn't have a choice on that one...EJ clearly gave a slash there.

Playing completely without effort for two periods and then try hard when the game is out of reach isn't acceptable. It's almost as insulting as not trying at all.

No time for bag skates, but I would play experimental jazz on high volume in the airplane.

Well the positives in this game:

Duchene - played well and created chances
McGinn - looked good with Duchene, bound to bury a chance at some point
PAP - Got a goal and looked good in the 3rd
Varly - Played very well despite giving up 3 goals.

Negatives:

Absolutely everything else

No dude, the worst music is hard trance. Literally just one bass note the whole song, and then switches to another note for the next song. Now imagine that at a resort in Thailand, where you are staying, and theres no escape from the constant noise.

That would be the worst form of torture on the airplane.

Gotta make sure the players warm up, stretch and are properly lubed for the Canucks game.

True but at the same time they couldn't score 5 on 5 nevermind 5 on 5 with no goalie.

Whatever EDM your a PP team and the fact that an injured Avs team
dominated your special needs @$$es 5v5 is proof of that
hell if we didnt turn it over they might have kept the puck in
their end the last 2 min.

At least Duchene is still getting points and so is Parenteau. We might have found a good duo. Now we need a second line of offense... please bring back Radar and hopefully Landy can come back. And please do something with Statsny....

Also EJ took a dumb 2min at the end, but I think he cares and hates loosing so that`s good.

Varly was ok tonight, the 3 goals are not his fault.

And did Rycroft just call Edmonton a hotdog team? I love that. But I also love hotdogs and am sad that they're being associated with poop

Well at least they showed some life in the 3rd, but its the same old crap, get totally outplayed for 2 periods then try to mount a 3+ goal comeback in the 3rd.

Wednesday is going to be a beat down. I can't see anything better than a 5-1 loss.

I'm so depressed a week ago I was totally excited for the season. Now we've already lost one of our important players for the year (Downie), Landeskog is out indefinitely, ROR is a tool who is acting like a jackass, Stastny has regressed so far that he barely looks like an NHL player.

I say basically keep Duchene, PAP, Varly and EJ and sell everything else and start over. This team needs to be blown up again.
