Ballard is playing his heart out. Trying to stay in Vancouver. I think he loves living here.

The Kings must feel their powerplay is inept as well. There were several occasions on that powerplay where they looked to the ref after diving from physical contact.

I guess they have incentive to do it given all the officiating gifts they've received the last 2 seasons

i think hamhuis might be injured, he's moving way slower than usual

doesn't explain his bad decisions with the puck though

I may be one of the only ones but I really don't like Kassian with the Sedins. Even strength that is. I like him there on the PP but I'd much rather have Burrows back with the twins 5 on 5.

If anyone thought Luongo was the worst offender at complaining at the ref... That award goes to Jonathan Quick

It's also not entirely their doing, they get these calls going their way all the time. Why not keep on doing what you're doing when the officials "buy" it everytime

The Sedins seem to be taking defensive faceoffs more than I remember them last year. I wonder if AV is attempting to make them remember how to play defense. That could be very important especially if they have Kassian on that line instead of Burrows.
