Good eye! I didn't even notice that! It does look like she casually looks at her cell to read a text or send one! (we really are part of a Generation Text!).

I hope she's ok, but...it looks like she is very relaxed while being swept away! it's hilarious because instead of panicking she does the utmost opposite!! seems like she's doing yoga! (it does seem too perfect...like she planned on being swept away? 'cause...what was she doing in the middle of the street anyway? while others were on the sidewalk since it was safer,etc,etc). Anyways...it was really hilarious to see her so relaxed when many would have panicked a bit or yelled...who knows?
