Man Maclean is making me a non beleiver with his constant insistence to put Michalek on the LW. The guy's best season with us came when he was on RW and coming off his off wing. Silf had a good game with Turris as well so its obvious we need to take him off his wing and put him back on the top line where he has had ZERO chemistry. AND then lets put Zibby on the 4th line C position when he has been groomed as a LW and could do well with Turris and Alfie. But that would be to obvious, him on the 4th line, now thats a big time decision.

I don't get it. But i'm also not an NHL coach, that doesnt mean I don't have a small idea of what i'm talking about though.

LOL at people second guessing Maclean's decisions the last 2 games. The guy brought us to the playoffs last year. He knows what he's doing.

I think the solution is simple: play the players with the flu, and have the cough violently every faceoff

Sucks that Spezza is out but Alfie is due for a big game anyway

Every friggin year, this whole team gets the flu. It's like the penalty thing. Who's to blame?

Didn't Turris step up and played like a boss when Spezza was out vs the Islanders last winter? The Islanders I know but still..!

Karlsson had a bad game against the Pens.

Hopefully the flu isn't the reason.

If not, it would be a good time for him to put up some points.

You guys are acting like spezza has just been diagnosed with aids. Good chance he's back tomorrow. Were playing a weak team, we should be able to win one without him in the lineup. Also, don't act like you know better than maclean. You don't.

Both Spezza and Alfie were out.

Turris and 9MM showed more chemistry that one game than Spezza and 9MM have ever had.

Time for Turris and Zibby to step up. Zibby and Silf on the second line, just like old times in the AHL... only now Zib is getting comfortable with the ice.

Heading to the game tonight, anyone know if parking is still free? I remember hearing it would be for the first 5 home games, or is that wrong and it was only for the home opener? Anyone who was at the game on Sunday shed some light on this?

I read on the Sens site that pop is 1$, but parking would be nice too.

not sure what your point is. regin hasn't had a chance to play the mins and position spezza has though, tough to compare. we'll see.
prediction: regin will get at least 1 point.

Zibanejad and Silfverberg started the season together on the A but played much better once they were separated.

Turris was a beast last year when he had to center 9mm. 4 point game.

The only player who's played less on average than Regin has been Daugavins. Its kind of amusing to see people crap all over him for playing well on the 4th line and PK. He can play on a top 6 line when needed. Unlike previous years, we have the depth the deal with Spezza being out of the lineup for a bit.

You said it wouldn't be much of a downgrade, when that's clearly not true, and it's not even a slight on Regin.

Replacing Spezza with anyone is a massive downgrade, mostly because Spezza is just that important to this team.

I didn't get a flu shot. I'm not sick. The sheep I work with that did get flu shots? All sick.

It's called a flu shot because it gives you the flu. Tru flu story.
