I think a deal between the habs and the avs could be made tough since one of Plekanec, Desharnais, Eller is going to be traded soon and it seems the avs are having problems with ROR.

A deal around Eller + Leblanc pick maybe? For ROR.

Leblanc is no scrub i wouldn't deal him for nothing. He's already capable of playing in the nhl he just had a rough year.

Anyway i could see the habs interested in ROR.
I can't validate a downgrade of O'Reilly to Eller in my mind without seeing another need met. I'm not sure what Sherman will choose to do, but if we trade ROR it shouldn't just be to trade him and pick up pieces that will play, otherwise sign him to the contract he needs to play.

It should be to fill a hole and recover an asset that can play his position.

Eller + Gorges fills our #3/4 center need and our top pairing LHD need.

Sooo... how about swapping coaches then? It's PK, Sacco and #1/2 defenders that are hurting us most.

Gorges and Eller are really good on the PK. Eller has all the tools to be a two way 2nd line center but it seems the habs have a crush on Desharnais. I wouldn't trade Eller but the situation now might oblige it. So Eller would probably be part of a package.

Gorges is too important for the habs right now to trade him but like is said value wise it would be a fair deal.

Yeah, both of them coming on the PP. I guess, right now I could put up a couple of assists against the Avs PK as well.

I would love to see Ryan in Pittsburgh, would be a perfect fit for Malkin's line

They though, unlike O'Reilly have really settled into roles, etc. O'Reilly is a great "young player" but he can still go a couple of different ways. Will he continue to grow offensively or will he settle for being a great two-way guy who puts up 50 pts every other year? I think it's the former. Mostly due to his playing with Erie, who recently had been horrible helping guys along. I honestly think if he played in Kitchener, it would've helped him more. Just my humble opinion though.
Oh man.

Just because the it has the word "prospect" in it does not mean that the site is dedicated only to prospects, right? Do you know what a prospectus is?

You know we can all see where this is going and we're not going to give you the answer you want. Anyways I thought it was decided you keep Sam "8 point game" Gagner and we keep Ryan "overrated" O'Reilly.
