See, I didn't even want to start this GDT.

Who gives a **** about Ottawa or the Senators?

Spoiler Alert: They actually play in Kanata, Canada!

Put the puck in the net more than the other team. It's not that complicated.

Kanata is a suburb, Kanata is not Ottawa. If you live in Kanata, do you address your mail that you live in Ottawa? By that accord you might as well just write.

123 Main Street
Canada, Canada

I mean, it's all the same right? Canada is just some massive ****ing blob.

However, the New York Rangers play in the state of New York. Your comparison is about as terrible as Kyle Turris' opinion of Scandanavia.

Another team limping in may be exactly what we need. Still.

Pray on the week! (no one was injured during the shopping of the picture)

The City of Ottawa was merged into a larger urban city about 10 years ago. So the population of Ottawa went from like 350,000 to like 800,000. Before that, The arena was in Kanata. Kanata was it's own city of about 90,000. But since the merger of all the smaller cities that are now just the city of Ottawa, the arena is technically 'in' Ottawa.

They changed street names throughout the city so there were no streets with the same name in different former cities. I live in Kanata and I can address my Mail with Ottawa and it is fine.

Actually, yes, you write "ottawa" not "kanata" for the mail. I don't live in kanata, but it's part of ottawa. I live in orleans, and i write "ottawa"

http://www.google.ca/webhp?source=se...iw=848&bih=921

Google is your friend. See the little map on the right. You'll easily see Kanata well in the boundaries of ottawa. lol

The Ottawa Senators play in Ottawa,Ontario,Canada just like the rangers play in New York City,New York, USA. If you want to get specific, sure, the senators play in kanata, ottawa...like the rangers play in Manhattan, New York city.

Don't blame my analogy. Blame your terrible geography skills.
