The Nucks suck in shootouts. Even their own fans admit it.

What's with this... "suck my *you know what*!!" expression that BC women seem so fond of using when they're angry at the Canucks? o_O

Canucks were gassed as well. 7 shots in almost 40 minutes after their 2-0 lead.

Holy **** on the Subban deal. MB is a boss. I cant believe he got that deal done. That will set precedent for upcoming rookie on the Canadians.

Looks like Sven Bearchi twisted his knee at the Flames practice and hobbled to the dressing room.

While I like both Bartschi and Landeskog I'm glad other teams see what it's like to have young stars go down for them.

Anyone see the Habs player's reactions to Subban coming back? Talk about a chilly lockerroom. Why is there so much bitterness towards Subban, he was getting lowballed. I'd take him here in a second.

Gorges definitely didn't look thrilled.

Fine by me, unless him eventually demanding a trade reduces his value and he goes to a division rival for pennies on the dollar.

I do however wonder if the players in Montreal are just pissed off at the media already. Unlike Benn in Dallas, this was something that 15 different reporters had to ask each player daily. Could drain a guy.

The funny thing is Subban praised Markov yesterday. Markov did not comment on the signing...

Looks like Grigorenko is staying in Buffalo. Looks like I'm not a complete idiot for having him, Yakupov and Gally as my top 3 forwards in the draft.

.....but Jankowski was the best forward in the draft

In all seriousness though, you got it right.
Still wish we could have somehow traded up and grabbed grigorenko.

Which is funny since it was guys like him *****ing about owners nickel and diming them during the lockout. Subban fights against being lowballed and guys like Markov and Gorges sound annoyed with Subban.

I follow Minneapolis Star Tribune writer Michael Russo on Twitter and I generally like the guy but man, has he ever gotten insufferable thanks to Parise's hot start.

Malkin just tried and failed to deke through everyone on the rush. They should trade him...to us.

I read the TSN article but didn't see the video.

Truth be told it could be a case of just players having enough of hearing one thing.

It's one thing to hear he's a talented guy we need to sign him, but I assume some of the media went a step further and made it sound like the Habs were dazed and confused without him.

But yeah I'd take him here in a second. People are cray if they think Subban and a potential big contract would screw our salary structure. I might mean our bottom pairing is Vandermeer-Engelland(or equivalent) and our 4th line is Petrell-CVV-Abney, but good god would our core be the scariest thing to look forward to.

Has he looked at Minnesota's defense? That's not a playoff calibre D at all.

I'm not watching the game but he keeps tweeting about how good Gilbert is looking as well. He's got a goal tonight and has broken up several chances.

I saw the goal he got.

Lucky bounce to him and he put it right in the net. Smyth could've probably scored it.
