Do you fire Laviolette? (Philadelphia Daily News article dated March 12, 2013)
Not saying I 100% would or anything, but the topic has got to be raised, should the Flyers can Lavy?
We were underwhelming last year and were thoroughly out-coached against the Devils, it was men against boys. We've started worse than any season in memory except when we finished #30 and nobody looks like they know what they're doing.
Do you fire him, and who do you bring in if so?

This isn't like we're being frustrated though, they're doing nothing. There's next to no chances being created any more, there's no defensive coverage and our PK is almost a guaranteed goal. This isn't something that's just going to fix itself.
Lavi has had a lot of glaring issues the past 2 playoff seasons and should have been on the hot seat for those. The start the Flyers have had and the lack of passion both on the ice and behind the bench says something is very wrong.
wait, why? cause we lost a couple games? the devils didn't beat us because we were out coached like everyone wants to act. they beat us because their players were bigger and stronger along the boards especially down the wing. when you constantly win one on one battles you set your self up. it wasn't goaltending either. bryzgalov was one of our best players in that series. laviolette will get more time especially with the turnover of this team since he took over. calm down. it'll come together. patience you crazy mofos. whether your in denial or not about it we did rebuild in 2011.
2006 was terrible but they had an excuse - the roster was dreadful. It had a few talented kids and nothing else. This is entirely different, this team should be top 5 in the conference and we're finally getting the netminding that we thought we'd get from Bryzgalov but they're an embarrassment to the shirt.
I've never been so angry with a Flyers team in my life, they're not getting any coaching whatsoever.
