And maybe afterwards Shero can get off his *** and make a shakeup of this team happen?

Rierden used to show Letang videos of how Lidstrom used to play things after every practice. He must be showing him videos of Rierden this year.

This third period has been pathetic. No ability to establish any sort of presence in the offensive zone. Like a bunch of disinterested guys playing individually.

It takes a lot for me to turn on a coach.

I've turned on Bylsma. He's lost the team. He's trying too hard to be the cool dad when this team just needs a spanking.

This team just runs around with their heads cut off and does basically nothing.

The Isles are satisfied with just keeping the puck out of their zone. Pens can't penetrate at all. It's just been brutal to watch.

Dan Bylsma.... = Craig Adams on the first line with Crosby. That is gold.

Gotta love the guy standing by himself on the side of the crease hammering the puck at Vokoun.

Not one single player has given an effort tonight, except for maybe Despres.

Has the 3rd or 4th lines done absolutely anything yet this year? Talk about two lines of complete ****. Does anyone on those lines even have a point so far except Kennedy?

Even though I ***** about coaching, I believe nothing will change unless you find it's true low point. That's how you change nowadays. This is nearing a low point.

the best part of DB being fired will be the inevitable mainboard thread entitled "Crosby: Coach-Killer?"

Calling practice off yesterday for me was just completely idiotic. Right after I hear him ***** about not having enough time to practice during this short season, and right after our offense looking pretty much like **** last game and defense looking like **** the 2 games before that.

The playoff loss was a serious red flag, this is just a continuation. Bylsma's time is up, no doubt about it. You could tell when Therrien was done, and now you can tell that Bylsma's done.

I think that might be really simple. Bump Dupuis to the 3rd line. Call up Bennett to replace Dupuis on 1st line.

If that doesn't work, start making trades

That would be a very bad idea. Half the teams in the league would be very interested Not that you think Shero's job should be in jeopardy. You don't fire a guy like Shero for a bad off-season. I thought the Sutter - Staal trade was a bad idea but we're only a handful of games into the season. That one needs some more time to judge.

whatever god he worships, he better be praying to it. right now he's worthless as a coach.

he was hired as a damn head coach, not a roommate for the players.

Perhaps Bylsma was showing video of himself to some of the Pens more skilled players.

I mean it takes a lot for me too. It takes an entire team looking out of sync or playing poorly. That's what we're seeing right now.

It's what we've been seeing since the Flyers series, really. That series has carried right over.

Well, not entirely. Now we play defense as badly as we did then but we also can't score.

<Bylsma> I'm so disappointed with this team, I'm taking Eric Tangradi out behind the building and shooting him.
