Doesn't matter how he plays. In the final seconds of a 1-goal game, every player better be crashing that net if there's a loose puck. And that's exactly what he did, after attempting to hardsell a high sticking call no more than 15 seconds before hand.

I just didn't like that it seemed like he saw the hit coming, and then put himself in that position

That's fair. I don't see how you can consider that a dive though.

it's not diving in the traditional sense, but I see it as the same as intentionally stepping on someone's blade, or (like in the LA game) sticking your leg between Hamhuis' to ensure the inference call.

It would be great if you had a clip of it so you could convince me that you might be on something here. To me it looked as an obvious interference hince to the new rule.

But if you have a clip giving you a case it would be appreciated.

On which point? the Prust play has a video posted in this thread. I will do my best to try to find the other one I mentioned, cause is was wrong to reference it without providing video

edit- see that you were referring to the Hamhuis penalty, will see if I can find a clip

Well no one on the Jets was willing to. Not like they could anyway. Your fanbase went into this game thinking these were the Habs of old. Small, soft, easy to play against, especially for your big, bad Jets, and Winnipeg was grossly outhit all game.

Who saw Markov's little embellishment?

Turris slashes him, but he throws off his glove like he was shot.

The Sens just look like they're taking dumb penalties.

^You're lying.

Don't worry. Kesler is injured. Canucks might start diving then.

Ballard with an epic dive and somehow doesn't get a penalty.

Nope, but he drew one.

And the Canucks get rewarded for their acting.

I'm glad the Avs weren't actually in any danger of scoring a goal tonight or else I'd be pissed about the Ballard dive no call lol. Same with McLeod getting cut from a blatent high stick right in front of the ref only to get an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty.
