I haven't read through the whole thread yet so forgive me if someone brought this up already. Seeing as two minority owners from the sharks sold their stake in the sharks today, any thoughts if they will be joining Jamison to try an purchase the yotes?

Please stop man. You're giving AZ and Coyotes fans a bad rep. Most, if not all of what you are saying is wishful thinking and borderline trolling.

Please stop.
At least he's bringing both sides together in agreement about something

  • COG will agree to revisit the lease and come up with some numbers they think is more reasonable.
  • Jamison will take his time to "go over the numbers". He'll eventually agree to this revised lease (yet again) but says he will have to go back and find more funding from his investors.
  • This dog and pony show will continue for another couple months until the Coyotes season is finished and the threat of an empty arena from a lame duck season has dissipated.
  • At this point he either actually buys the team (unlikely, since his best chance at a lease is already twice removed) or the NHL finally cuts bait and sells for relocation (likely the only option).
IMHO, the only way this ends tomorrow is if the COG comes out and flat out says gramps will never see one cent or if Jamison actually buys the team. Neither of which seems likely from the past three years of this ****.
Nailed it.

Do yourself a big favor and don't read through the whole thread. There's nothing new that's happened. Or at least nothing anyone has heard about and reported.

The Aces, playing in The House that Jean Built. Original seating capacity in
1949 when it opened was 10,000 & change, then in 1980 increased to 15,000+.

In a perfect world why can't Coyotes keep their team they have a history in 1970's with the wha.Quebec City would get a club and Seattle and Toronto would get clubs in future years.

Has there been any indication of a pending announcement in today's PHX media?

I assume no word today, right?

True that. And ya know...that's something!

If we round 6 million to 10 million, do we then have to round 30 million in losses up to 50 million? I think so...

I would have more bought "I meant 1 million not 10" than "I rounded 6 million to 10".

Imagine a guy gets pulled over after drinking six beers. Who is going to round that up to say "I had 10 beers occifer"

by any chance...?

Oh I hope he isn't a tax preparer. "Good news, I finished your return guess how much you're getting back after I rounded things?"

Or doing the company payroll... "Let's see Jim's owed $600 for the week, ahhh I'll just round that to a nice even $1000, no one will mind... or notice..."

or giving out repair estimates... "So, how much for you to change the oil on my car?" "Ahh, just say an even $100 ought to do it! hey, where ya going? Come back, it's $60! I just rounded up to $100!"

The bolded part got me thinking about a song that somehow does apply to this situation.
