30% of the current Columbus Blue Jackets' roster consists of former Rangers. Seven different guys. Remarkable.
JAM never had a NYR deal, but still... NYR West

Sather should have done something to sign him... Rangers could have called him up already... its funny how Kundratek and Jam make their NHL debuts after they get traded or not offered a contract... and where is the other Bouchard nowdays

You do realize they make their debuts because the other team traded for those players because they lacked depth in those areas.

How hard do you possibly think it is for JAM to crack the CBJ roster? Kundratek immediately became a top defensive call up for the Capitals, where as we have a log jam of defenseman. Also, if I recall correctly, Kundratek requested to be traded out of the organization due to our defensive log jam. He wanted to go somewhere where he'd have a chance to make it in the NHL.

It's common sense, really.

Although, I do agree about Bouchard. If we're gonna trade these players, we should at least get back a capable player for them, like we did with Kolarik for Ferriero.

well i think Kundratek would have been here over Bickel right now if he didnt request a trade and if Sather just waited until he got something more than some AHL depth vet

Habs score another PP goal. Unreal. It seems they score 2-3 PP goals each game.

Karlsson is still the most dominant defenseman in the NHL.

We did offer JAM a contract. He signed in Columbus instead, thinking he'd have a better shot at making the team. Can't blame that on the organization.

Ryan White double minor 2 for mouthing off and 2 for slashing... Sens score 2 power play goals. Mika Zibanejad scored his first NHL goal on the power play.. Sens lead 3-1 2ed period

Having the best d-man in the world will do that for you.

And this is without Spezza in the lineup.

The Norris trophy is voted on by fallible people. It's not like the Art Ross that is objective. Hence, it's not the be all end all.

princess is easily the best offensive defenseman in the league right now. Without the puck ( which he always has ) not the best .
