It doesn't matter if the Avs manage to get all 5 top-5 picks if they keep the same system and coaching staff they have. They need to realize that they are killing their chances at future success by having really bad coaches. When the Nordiques were bad, at least their coach focused on playing the young guys and helped them build future success. I have no idea what Sacco is doing, except really stagnating the development of our players. Maybe the Avs are developing based on the hose theory, have Sacco knot the hose...and when you fire him the talent will burst forward and become an unstoppable torrent. I can hope anyways.
