He sure better be.

The only hope of one hitting the Island in this shortened season.

Well, unless Niederreiter gets called up at some point...

Bailey NEEEEEEDS to be an impact player when he returns or it will be nice knowing you! Casey Cizikas and Ullstrom have put up middle fingers saying F-U we aint going anywhere and some no name journeyman Keith Aucoin also says thanks for the job. Not to mention we have boys in Bridgeport all vying for spots. So if Josh thinks he is safe then he will be sadly mistaken when he gets traded.

So JJ still has another 5-7 weeks to go before he comes back?...didn't think it was that serious an injury...and I didn't know it was a sports hernia either.

Per Staple about todays practice had some info on Bails:

Quote:
Travis Hamonic (ankle) sitting out #Isles practice. Josh Bailey (knee) will practice Thurs, at least a week away from return to lineup.

I think it was 3 weeks ago today that he had the surgery (can't find a link so someone please correct me if wrong) and they originally said 2-4 weeks. So glad that they are not rushing him back and hoping he comes back at full strength, if they are taking the full 4 weeks.

I'm really interested in seeing where they slot him when he comes back.

Has Bailey ever been paired with JT at all? Hypothetically, I wonder how a pairing like that would work.

Hopefully Bailey gets a shot with some legit line mates when he comes back. I feel like he never gets a true shot, always getting stuck with inferior talent.

I am guessing Bailey plays on the 3rd line with Aucion and Ullstrom

As for Tavares, only problem I see with that is do you want 3 lefties on the same line, in theory you think having a right handed shot feeding Tavares the puck on the left hand side is the best option
