Doubling-down after your post in HockeyFights thread. You called Thornton a thug, and were glad he took a beating, and wished the same for Lucic. Stick to tennis.
I understand Rask had no chance on that second goal. On the last shift that lead to the 3rd goal Rask just looked lost through the whole sequence. Wasn't surprised it ended in a goal at all.

Well pal...they obviously call a penalty when a guy drives another into the boards from behind....and when a guy takes his hand off his stick to grab another player skating by him. Just because they missed one call doesn't mean they need to "even it up" and ignore other ones.
Both penalties were embellished. Maybe the NHL should try and crack down on those. This season has got to have a record for power plays. The NHL wants games close and exciting.

It would have been interesting if the officials called it correctly with two embellishment calls leading to 3v3 play for two minutes.
I can tell you from experience that sometimes the guy 3' away is blocked, or doesn't have an angle to see a penalty that's perfectly clear to the guy 50' away. As an official, I find it frustrating when my partner gets all territorial if I make an obvious call that the other guy felt should have been "his call to make".

hahah,,, If they are not going to call a hook on them cause its 3-1 Bruins then they sure as fark should not call 2 at same time on Bruins to feed them a shot to get back in,GARBAGE REFFING! Call it both ways or do not call it at all.
