Negative. He avoided Macyntyre, Godard, Mcgratton all the legits the last 4 years, then got dropped like a bad habbit first heavy puncher he fights.

Didnt Scott say something like he was gonna beat up Thorton or something a few yerars ago?

He dropped fist like rain and Thornton was caught in the storm. Its embarrassing. At least try.

Wheres Looch? Hiding now?

Was just gonna comment on some of his AHL scraps. Rocky Thompson, Joel Rechlicz, Jon Mirasty, Mitch Fritz... all guys without merit.

so you don't think what Lucic did to Miller has a direct corallation (sp?) to why Scott is in the BUF lineup?

Thornton got fed. Scott is simply too much for him to handle.

Maybe running Miller has something to do with it, yes?

Potentially. Doesn't really have much to do with this specific fight though.

Even when Scott wasn't with Buffalo he and Thornton had "issues".

Cut the flaming, anything further is an immediate infraction accompanied by a thread ban.

Probably not.
Likely more to do with the words the two had last year when Scott wasn't even a Sabre

Has Scott been on the ice since he took that elbowing penalty in the first?

Edit: Scott has 4 minutes of ice time. Lucic 18. Who's hiding from who.

Nasty cheap elbow by Stafford on Hamilton with absolutely no response by the Bruins. Seeing Thornton get damaged took some of the starch out of them.

Scott-Thornton did not affect rest of game. Everyone played their usual game, wide open.

Scott just gave every Sabre a huge lift in that he's got their backs. Sabres just steamrolled your team with more hits and lit up Rask while doing it. I would say he brought some intagibles to his team that you need to realize. Julien tries to send a message with 11 seconds left by putting McDermid on the ice. Buffalo takes a timeout puts Scott on the ice he says a few words to McDermid and as soon as puck drops the Bruin tucks tail and skates away. Hurts knowing one guy can tame your whole team.

Vanek had a lot more to do with taming the Bruins tonite than Scott.
