Kadri and Frattin chemistry is sick, so happy frattin was called up. JVR, Reimer, McClement looked amazing. Starting to feel bad for Kessel, even barely missed the open netter lol. Great game overall.

Of course it's possible for them to lose the next one. But it's a whole different level of motivation than if we face a team that's unbeaten in regulation. And Boston is probably the best team in the league at shutting down Kessel even when he's on a hot streak.

I am loving JVR on this team. Can't believe all the haters before the season started. I just briefly checked Philly's site, you know, in hopes that Schenn is crapping the bed. Turns out this trade seems to have benefited both teams. Probably us more so than them though.

Also turns out that Kostka is actually effective when he one-times the puck. I was screaming at the tv every single time he stopped the puck instead of one-timing it. Then the one time he does, assist!

Sucks Kessel's still snake bitten, but as long as he gets points, and the leafs win, I don't care who's doing the scoring. Oh wait, I think Frattin's got that one covered.
