Haha. I was wondering what Bourque might have learned from this game watching from the presser....

Gotta love stats. Kinda like when people cite the B's W-L record when Thornton fights.

The Bruins suffered their first regulation loss tonight.

I wonder what the difference was?

See how that works?

Dude....it's NOT that Bourque may or may not be deserving of the roster spot.

It's that you're suggesting that the organization is catering to Ray Bourque by playing his kid over another player.

Do you really think so little of the Bruins organization (a recent cup winner, should we all forget), that they would eschew the most deserved player as a favor?

Really? Do you not see that?

That "be nice to noobs" thread had some decent goodwill. You're spending it all in this thread repeating your conspiracy nonsense with absolutely NO evidence to back it up.

And he should stay out, despite the horror show, Paille improved our third line.

He's had more than two games now. Why is that so hard for you to understand? He has also been with the Caps for long enough to have proven something so it's not like he's got untapped potential like a younger guy from Prov.

I you're going to keep up with the "two games, bla, blah, blah" stuff I'm just not going to waste my time trying to explain this to you. Lifes too short.

There are plenty of others who agree with me on this.
YOU MADE THE THREAD AFTER TWO GAMES!!! WHAT IS SO HARD FOR YOU TO UNDERSTAND ABOUT THAT!!!??? YOU DIDN"T MAKE IT AFTER THE SIXTH GAME!!!

It's nice for you to use the first six games as evidence in retrospect, but you didn't wait for six games to go by to put up this thread. You put this thread up after the Jets game, correct? Are you going to deny that? I dont think you can.

So, no...most players would not have been sent down after two games!!!

I explained to you umpteen times all of the reasons that he is up here, but all you have to say is, "Oh, well I just have a feeling in my gut that he's here because of his name..."

So either you want to look at the facts of the matter or you want to go with "a feeling" you have.

And by the way, the Bruins are 0-1 without him in the lineup (Yes, I do know that it had nothing to do with why they lost, but I thought I would point that out).

Same.

Hell, at this point this thread deserves nothing more than one syllable words.

Yes, he did. Still not someone I want permanently in that spot but definitely a better option than Bourque.

Lots of chatter about a guy that didn't even dress for the teams 7-4 loss to the lowly Sabres.

Great effort on the goal. Adding the pump was a thing of beauty.

I still don't feel that hes NHL material, but nice to see him contribute!

Amazingly, CB in the lineup (with the lone goal), they win again, Pevs still with a strong game, and Kelly with a strong game as well. Someone forgot to tell the other two that CB is dragging their game/line down.

No coincidence Kelly has a good game and Bourque gets a goal.

He has been fine. Kelly and Peverley have high cap hits for 3rd liners he definitely keeps up with them for only making 15% of what they do.
