Patience is a virtue, Kadri's doing well and what not but we gotta let him get his feet wet. No matter the performance people has to earn their stripes.
You really think they can handle other teams best lines and top defensemen?
I mean they're playing great but not exactly against the toughest assignments
Coach is a line matcher, he gives them their best chance to succeed.
Tonight they were around 14 minutes each which is perfect right now.
McClement line goes against the other team's best players, and if they play them even it's a win.

using his big frame to create space and his skating ability to find open lanes to drive the net. He stands 6-3 and is a natural goal scorer with plenty of confidence.
He's a scout's dream in the way he prepares himself and plays an unselfish game, making smart decisions with the puck. With his bloodlines, he certainly understands what it will take to make it at the next level.
People are always so eager to switch the lines when things are going well. It's mind boggling.
Also I would say Frattin and Kadri are excelling the way the are because they're getting very sheltered minutes. Let's not get ahead of ourselves. Let them ease into it. Carylyle is doing it right.
something tells me lupul is gonna come out skating when he gets back into game mode
could be good
lupul bozak kessel
jvr kadri frattin
mac grabo kulemin
that's not too bad 3 lines
Man i'm really wondering if Frattin is THIS good. Is he just hot or is he truly going to develop into 30 goal guy? Same with JVR... Can he make the leap to a 60 + point player? I no Flyer fans said he does this for 7-8 games than he disappears. Will Kadri keep this up? SO much potential man.
we have won 2 games in a row Kessel and JVR looked good together tonight would be silly IMO to break them up and play with the lines too much
also grabo line is shutdown line putting kessel there doesnt make sense
I said that a lot in the offseason.
Lupul and Kessel played great together last season, one of the best duos in the league. We hadn't yet seen JVR + Kessel play together though, it could be even better.
Now we have seen it, and so far I like it. Kessel still goal-less though, so a line change up may still be coming. Bozak likely the one to get moved though, not sure who would replace him though.
why?
jealous the leafs are starting to become a good team, now that they are playing kadri.

He finally got his chance with Wilson out of the picture and he's taken full advantage. He earned it... He's a Toronto Maple Leaf. He will NEVER get sent down again. When he struggles (and he will) coaching staff have to realize it happens and this is gifted player worthy of a roster spot.
