Oilers lose 3-2 in the SO - We Needed a Bigger Boat

Discuss.

Tough game. Oilers clearly gassed in the last 1/2 of the third and OT. Good effort, too bad both our shooters missed the net.

I said it in the game thread, but 3/4 is very nice.

Why the hell does Eberle not shoot in the first 2 at all this whole year?

In a shortened season like this, starting off 7-0 almost guarantees the Sharks a playoff spot. Scary

If someone had told me this would be the result yesterday I would have been ok with it.

Really wish we could have been the ones to knock the Sharks off their pedestal though.

Woulda been nice for the fairytale ending but happy with the point coming back from 2 down. Dubnyk MVP easily.

Man, it bugs me that the Sharks are still undefeated.

RNH has no nose for the net right now - Neimi totally down and out and he fires wide on an empty cage.

Its a win as far as im concerned. The Ethan Moreau Oilers would have never got a point out of this game down 2-0

Nice try, atleast we got off with a point.

Interesting to note that all 4 goals dubynk has let in are top shelf goals. Seems like the Sharks has picked up on that in the shootout. Even the disallowed goal was top shelf.

Earned a point vs the best team in the league on the 2nd game of a back to back? I'll take that every time. Well deserved.
