We're talkin about our favorite southwestern dishes, when we should be talking about the dreaded inevitability of the SNES goin PPG all over this team.

The two things I predict on the powerplay: 1) A Corvo slapshot off the shin pads of the opposing forward springing a breakaway the other way and 2) The weird/completely ineffective McBain move where he pulls the puck back for some reason leading to another breakaway. It's pretty much a given both will happen.

I don't think McBain has a Rhodes Scholar on his hands.

I disagree with that, sir.

Moe's>>>>Chipotle>>>>>>>Qdoba

Also, why is backup goalie now in the title? Ward isn't playing tonight...

No, but really though. The two things I initially put in there were in reference to Ottawa not having the services of Spezza and having a defense with two inexperienced guys back there. Anderson's starting, sot he "backup goalie" part doesn't fit.

I was also going to throw my hat in for Qdoba. Not as fancy, but tastes fresher to me and much pretty healthy as well. Plus their burritos a huge so good amount of food for your money.

But yeah, IMO (strictly) Qdoba > Chipotle > Moes in terms of quality, but in terms of price to quality it goes Moes > Qdoba > Chipotle.

Not a huge Chipotle fan to be perfectly honest, not that it's bad, it's just overpriced for what you get.

Of course, Chuby's is the tops in both categories so yeah.

FWIW just finished my batch of IPA. If we win this these next two, I'm gonna have to brew a hell of a lot more IPA. Anyone up for helping me out with some money for kegging equipment?

They key to stopping Karlsson is the flu. Otherwise good luck. One of our defense pairing is not mobile, so you'll be able to apply extended pressure. Excited to see Jordan Staal. We know Eric Staal is similar to Spezza so he won't be surprising.

What does Moe's have that Chipotle doesn't? Free chips? Reminding you of what restaurant you walked into when you open the door? Seinfeld references instead of just ordering the food you want by name?

I prefer the rice at Moe's to the cilantro-lime rice at Qdoba or Chipotle, honestly. When I order something as bland as I normally do (pretty much nothing in a burrito), then the rice makes all the difference. Lame, I know.

Maybe my problem is that I never order burritos because I hate them. I just get the soft tacos with barbacoa, lettuce, cheese, and the spicy sauce. It's damn good.

EDIT: So, now I've derailed two consecutive GDT threads. It's all going according to plan. *insert evil laugh*

Moe's is a decent bit cheaper then Chipotle. Especially the monday special they have going. Nothing that Qdoba or Chipotle offers can compete with it in terms of value.
